    For public bodies and private companies running a tender.

    • Reads every bid before your panel meets and points out what to check. It never scores. Your panel does.
    • Helps write the requirement wording in your tender pack, which you approve before anything is published.
    • Drafts award letters for you to review and send.

Choosing the model

Simple work goes to a quick model and harder work to a stronger one, without you lifting a finger.

  • Auto is the default. Velstrian picks the right model for each task, so there is nothing to set up.

The checks it runs

Every claim can be traced to your own documents.

The AI works from what you have actually done, and you can see which of your documents support each claim.

  • Check any draft against your documents with one click, and see which claims they support.
  • This check will run on every draft by itself and show "Backed by N of your documents". Coming next
  • Money figures and percentages that are not in your records are flagged.
  • Common certifications and accreditations that your records do not show are flagged for you to confirm.
  • This will cover any credential in every draft, and you choose: we hold it, it is underway, remove it, or keep it with a note. Coming next
  • Instructions hidden inside a tender pack or an uploaded document are fenced off and ignored. The AI reads your files as content to work from.

Your data

Your bids stay yours.

Customer data is stored in the EU (Supabase, Ireland). AI drafting sends only the text needed for the task to Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude, which process it outside the EU under contract.

  • Your content is not used to train AI models.
  • Your content is not used to improve the service. A choice to share examples with us is coming, and it stays off unless you turn it on.

  • You review, edit and approve every answer, and you submit it yourself.
  • Anything the AI writes is marked AI drafted, so you always know.
