Who these terms are for
You are reading this because someone using Velstrian sent you a link. For example, a buyer asked you to answer questions or send a quote, a customer asked you to sign a document, or a colleague asked you to review a draft. You do not need a Velstrian account. These short terms cover what you do through that link.
What you agree to
When you submit anything through a link, you agree that:
- you are allowed to share what you send, and it is accurate as far as you know
- where you answer for an organisation, you are allowed to answer for it
- you use the link only for the reason it was sent, and you keep it to the people who should have it
- you follow the Acceptable Use rules in our Terms of Service
Who sees what you send
What you send stays yours, or your organisation’s. It goes to the Velstrian customer who sent you the link, so they can do what the link asked, for example read your quote or record your signature. Velstrian Systems Ltd stores it and processes it so that the service works for that customer.
Your personal data
Your name, your email address and anything personal you include are handled under our Privacy Policy. It explains what we keep, why we keep it, how long for, and your rights, including how to ask for a copy or ask us to delete it.
What we record when you submit
When you submit, we record the time, the link you used, and the version of these terms shown to you. That gives you and the customer a clear record of what was sent and on what terms.
Changes and the law that applies
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page show which terms apply when you submit. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Questions
Email [email protected] about these terms, or [email protected] for anything else. For a question about the request itself, contact the person who sent you the link.
