What this is for
The Products page is your central launcher and product directory. It displays all the capabilities available in your workspace, shows live progress indicators for active work, and lets you add products as your organisation grows. Whether you participate in public sector opportunities, private enterprise work, or both, the Products page keeps your tools organized in one place.
The two products
The platform offers two dedicated products that work independently or together within the same workspace:
- Velstrian Bid: Designed for suppliers bidding for work. It helps you search opportunities, evaluate tender requirements, draft compelling responses, and track your win rates.
- Velstrian Buy: Designed for buyers procuring goods and services. It helps you publish requirements, manage supplier scorecards, track contract delivery, and verify social value outcomes.
Organisations that both buy services and bid for contracts can use both products simultaneously. When both products are active, your team shares one set of organisation members, billing settings, and security controls.
Sections on the page
The Products page has up to four parts: Your products, Add to your workspace, Free tools, and a bundle offer strip.
- Your products: Cards showing the products your organisation currently owns, with quick shortcuts to resume active tasks and open each workspace.
- Add to your workspace: If Velstrian Buy is switched on for your organisation, it appears here as a card you can add. Velstrian Bid appears here if you do not own it yet.
- Free tools: Free tools opens the free tools page on our website in a new tab. No subscription is needed.
When a multi product discount is available for your account, a strip near the bottom says so. It currently reads fifteen per cent off any additional product, applied automatically at checkout.
If it goes wrong
If a product card indicates a past due standing, check your payment details under billing settings to restore full access.
